देश के बड़े कारोबारी मामलों में से एक में चौंकाने वाला मोड़ सामने आया है, जहां ₹22,006 करोड़ के claims के मुकाबले सिर्फ ₹6.25 करोड़ के repayment plan को majority creditors ने approve कर दिया। यानी लगभग 99.97% का haircut!
यह मामला personal guarantee से जुड़ा है, जिसमें lenders के बीच भारी मतभेद भी देखने को मिले। कुछ बड़े बैंकों ने इस फैसले का विरोध किया है और अब मामला NCLAT तक पहुंच सकता है।
