Arvind Kejriwal : दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ याचिका सुप्रीम कोर्ट से वापस ले ली। आपको बता दें कि कल रात गिरफ्तारी होते ही आम आदमी पार्टी के पदाधिकारियों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी, जिस पर आज सुनवाई होनी थी। केजरीवाल के वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा कि केजरीवाल को अभी निचली अदालत में पेश किया जाना है, इसलिए हम यहां से याचिका वापस ले रहे हैं।

ईडी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कैविएट भी दाखिल की थी। ईडी की राय भी सुनने का आह्वान किया गया। ईडी का कहना है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल पर कोई भी फैसला लेने से पहले ईडी का पक्ष भी सुना जाना चाहिए। ईडी के पास अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ काफी सबूत हैं, लेकिन केजरीवाल ने अपनी याचिका वापस ले ली।
